Customers in Switzerland have the right to withdraw from the order within 15 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods at their own cost and risk. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. The refund of the purchase price will be processed after inspecting the return, but no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods.

Returns are only possible within the withdrawal period of 15 days from receipt of the goods. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available and in a resaleable condition.

The statutory warranty rights of Switzerland apply. If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. In this case, we offer a free replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
